- Define and implement the Regional BC(Burckhardt Compression) Digital Strategy to grow DPS (Digital Products and Services) business according to the Mid Range Plan 23-27 targets, in cooperation with DPS Global, SERV an SYST Region (respectively "Service" and "New Compressor" business)
- Lead the subsidiary PSI ( Prognost Systems Inc) located in Houston , a subsidiary of PROGNOST Systems GmbH (Germany), fully owned by Burckhardt Compression AG (Corporate, Switzerland).
- DPS Region Americas Top Line (Order Intake & Sales) and profit and loss responsibility for PSI legal entity (taking into consideration and in alignment with the internal intercompany rules)
- Provide guidance and leadership to the Americas DPS (including PSI teams), overseeing sales, machinery diagnostic, engineering & manufacturing, field service, QEOHS and finance.
- Integrate and work collaboratively with the Regional Americas BC team, with the Global function DPS and in general with the divisions SERV and SYST, to synchronize strategy and business objectives.
- Utilize and monitor performance metrics to measure and enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a stable and high performing team with a strong talent pipeline.
Main Tasks:
- Develop, implement and communicate a regional DPS strategy aligned with Global and Regional Mid-Range Plans (MRP).
- Establish, articulate, and achieve financial, strategic, and operational targets for the region.
- Continually monitor, evaluate, and optimize the financial performance of the company while providing accurate forecasting of results.
- Reporting both to the management team of SERV Region Americas and to the PROGNOST Systems GmbH which is the 100% shareholder of PSI
- Implement the best possible organizational structure, policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the achievement of the goals and targets and e nsure compliance with global and local guidelines, regulations and legal frameworks.
- Ensure the BC , Values and Behaviors and code of conduct are practiced from the top down, employees are held accountable, motivated and have the necessary skills to work effectively in a successful team.
- Promote and maintain a positive work environment, encourage a culture with a growth mindset to improve employee engagement and teamwork.
- Ensure resource planning, recruitment, performance management, training and professional development leading the team and motivating them to the highest performance.
- Continuously seek potential new market opportunities in the AoR for BC and/or threats potentially harmful to BC.
- Promote business in the overall Americas region in cooperation with existing BC subsidiaries.
- Support and implement global projects, processes, guidelines and procedures as required
- Oversee the sales activities and service operations, including field service, engineering, machinery diagnostic, customer support across Americas in cooperation.
- Ensure a high-performing, cohesive sales strategy to grow revenue throughout Americas and evaluate Burckhardt Compression's market position, including customer base, sales, profitability, SWOT, and competition.
- Establish and monitor a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for efficient order execution, organizational rightsizing, and maximizing operational efficiencies.
- Drive year-over-year revenue growth by establishing a team to develop new customers, and geographic areas.
- Lead development of service strategies to expand and strengthen client relationships and drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
- Oversee a reliable and efficient supply chain to meet production and service demands and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Champion a culture of innovation and problem-solving and stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive operational and functional excellence.
- Safety & Quality
- Establish and maintain a zero Lost-Time Incidents goal annually.
- Lead by example, reinforcing a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Promote quality & safety initiatives within the organization.
- Actively participate and encourage continuous improvement activities.

Education/Experience/Knowledge:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specifically Electronic or a related field or equivalent working experience.
- Ideally, hold a Business degree, with preference given to candidates with a MBA.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in similar industries, markets, and roles.
- Understand digital solution (HW, SW) for machinery diagnostic, IoT / cloud solutions, basic of compressors machinery principle and operation.
- Understanding of P&L performance management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving strategic initiatives and change initiatives.
- Familiarity with international business practices and regulations.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions and business development would be a valuable asset.
Language knowledge:
English: fluent spoken and written.
Spanish – considered as an advantage
