Our sales department and is growing, and we have an immediate need for a few assertive and motivated individuals. Prior sales experience is a plus but will consider the right candidate. We are looking for people that want to win at life! Are you ready for a change?
Pay Scale Components: Wages include a base hourly compensation of $16.50 with bonus and commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors. Future Honda prides itself on the professional and family-oriented feel it provides. As the dealership grows so do the pockets of our Sales Associates! They generally earn anywhere from $4,000 - $9,000 a month, and that’s the norm! Just think about what our big sale months bring!!!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Build strong rapport with customers.
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Expectations:
Car sales experience is helpful but NOT REQUIRED
Must have customer service experience
Valid California driver's license
Valid California sales license
Positive attitude and demeanor
Strong listening and verbal communication skills
Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
