Weekend Housekeeper

The Hartford, located in Worthington, OH, is seeking a dependable and compassionate Weekend Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our senior residents. We are owned and operated by National Church Residences, the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and respectful of the needs of older adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning
• Clean bathrooms and kitchens according to health standards
• Change bed linens and assist with laundry
• Trash removal from the building to the dumpsters
• Maintain housekeeping supply areas and report inventory needs
• Communicate respectfully and kindly with residents and staff

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a residential or healthcare setting
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
• Comfortable working around seniors and in a team setting
• Must pass background check and health screening

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in senior living or long-term care communities
• Familiarity with infection control practices
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years related experience
