This program is designed for individuals passionate about human resources and eager to explore HR practices in an international context. Starting Salary: The program offers a competitive starting salary of $2,000 to $4,000 monthly. Exceptional trainees and interns who demonstrate outstanding skills and contribute significantly to their projects may see their salary potential increase to up to $9,500. Visa processing fees are applicable for the J-1 Sponsorship, a crucial step for legal entry and residence in the USA during the internship period. This sponsorship allows you to fully engage with and benefit from the international HR experience.
