Essential Functions Statement(s)
Assist the HR team with daily office operations including but not limited to:
Meet and Greet guests of HR
Assists with Hiring Events
Assists with End of Season Unemployment documentation
Provides Data Entry as assigned
Assists with Team Member survey’s and benefit open enrollment
Maintenance of personnel files
Update and create employee ID’s
Coordinate and track employee recognition programs
Answer phones, sort mail, fax
Process in employees to include compliance with drug screening procedure and ordering backgrounds/MVR/credit checks
Provide assistance with Employee Relations/Functions/Events
Assists with special events and projects as needed
Occasionally works on-park for other departments during special events; willing to be trained to function as a park team member, as needed by park operations.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Primary work space will an indoor, professional office setting; occasionally requires outdoor work in all weather conditions.
General Ensure compliance with all Herschend Family Entertainment and Wild Adventures policies and procedures
Represent the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly manner
Satisfy Wild Adventures’ standards for performance and conduct. For example, report to work regularly and on time.
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Create “Memories Worth Repeating” for our guests
Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High school diploma, or equivalent
Experience: 6 months - 2 years general office experience; experience in a human resources office, preferred
Computer Skills: Must have strong computer skills, including intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word/Excel/ PowerPoint, and the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar programs needed in the position
Physical Requirements: Vision – near, distance, color, peripheral, depth
Sense of sound and ability to hear with both ears
Sense of touch
Other Requirements Must be detail oriented and accurate in organizing information
Must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to relate and communicate with internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner; must be able to handle situations with professionalism and courtesy
Must be a self-starter who possesses initiative and resourcefulness; must be able to multitask and think critically in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Must have strong customer service ideals and be motivated to go above and beyond to assist and find resolutions to problems
Must handle confidential information strictly and responsibly
Must be available to work days, evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed

Must have reliable transportation and maintain a valid Driver’s License and insurance
