Human Resources Representative

Are you a people-focused professional ready to take the next step in your HR career? Our client, a growing manufacturing company in Evansville, WI is seeking a full-time, fully onsite Human Resources Representative. We're looking for a motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow their career. In this role, you'll support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR process improvements. You'll work closely with the HR manager and site leadership to maintain compliance, strengthen workplace culture, and drive people-focused initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for plant and office employees
• Support employee engagement, retention, and HR communications
• Maintain HR records, HRIS data and compliance documentation
• Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment
• Participate in HR system upgrades
• Help identify and implement process improvements in HR operations
• Stay current on HR best practices, laws, and technology trends

Other Experience and Qualifications:

• 1+ years of HR experience, including full cycle recruiting and onboarding experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience using HRIS systems
• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• High emotional intelligence firm yet empathetic approach
• Tech-savvy with an interest in improving HR systems and processes
