We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a strong background in residential HVAC systems to join our team. This full-time position offers a steady weekday schedule and weekly travel to job sites across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver professionalism, communication, and integrity in all customer interactions
• Diagnose, repair, and calibrate a variety of residential HVAC/R equipment
• Service, troubleshoot and replace parts for residential HVAC systems
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, and basements to inspect and service equipment
• Maintain vehicle stock, tools, parts, and safety equipment
• Complete service documentation accurately and timely
• Travel weekly to service customers across NJ and PA

What We Need from You:

• Minimum 5 years of residential and commercial HVAC experience preferred
• Universal EPA Certification for refrigerants (required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating systems and principles
• Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls per day
• Flexibility to travel regularly to NJ and PA (company vehicle provided)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and frequently move heavy equipment and parts
• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces
• Strong balance and coordination for climbing ladders and working at high heights
• Endurance to stand, kneel, or crouch for extended periods
• Dexterity for connecting electrical components and making precise measurements

The base pay for this position ranges from $30-45/hour. Pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
