We are seeking an Immigration Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of H-1B petitions and/or PERM applications for technology clients and health care workers
- Assist with drafting and reviewing investor visa applications (EB 5).
- Review documents to prepare relevant petitions
- Record and store client information
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a immigration paralegal
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
