We are looking for Industrial Electricians to join our growing team in Petersburg, VA. What You’ll Do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems across our heavy manufacturing equipment.
• Install, repair, and balance loads for pumps, cranes, and complex circuits.
• Use diagnostic tools to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep production efficient and safe.

Qualifications

• Completion of Ramsey Electrical exam.
• 3–5 years of heavy industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of AC/DC motor theory, PLC troubleshooting, and high-voltage systems.
• Ability to read schematics and use electrical maintenance tools.
• Ability to work Dupont 4/3 schedule with 12hr rotating shifts: days, nights, and two consecutive weekends. Out of 28 days will work only 14 days providing work life balance.

• First year earnings of $95,000/year: $35.44/hr base pay, bi-weekly production bonus, shift premiums, and 354 hours of scheduled annual overtime.
