Industrial Electrician – Petersburg, VA

What You’ll Do
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems across our heavy manufacturing equipment.
- Install, repair, and balance loads for pumps, cranes, and complex circuits.
- Use diagnostic tools to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with teammates to keep production efficient and safe.
Qualifications
- Completion of Ramsey Electrical exam.
- 3–5 years of heavy industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of AC/DC motor theory, PLC troubleshooting, and high-voltage systems.
- Ability to read schematics and use electrical maintenance tools.
- Ability to work Dupont 4/3 schedule with 12hr rotating shifts: days, nights, and two consecutive weekends. Out of 28 days will work only 14 days providing work life balance.

- First year earnings of $95,000/year: $35.44/hr base pay, bi-weekly production bonus, shift premiums, and 354 hours of scheduled annual overtime.
