Industrial Lube Technician

Reliability Lube Technician needed ASAP to join our Maintenance Team at one of the leading producers and distributors of construction materials and services. If you are looking for a role that offers overtime and tons of opportunity and stability you should APPLY TODAY.

Shift/Type: Temp to Hire, Full Time, Day Shift (10-12 hour shifts, every other weekend)

Location: Boulder, CO. Indoor/Outdoor Plant

Pay: $25-$28/HR with OT, Sign-On and Benefits (listed at the end)

Day to Day:
Maintain machinery and equipment used in aggregate production and distribution (conveyors)

• Grease, and lubrication systems found on any equipment.
• Responsible for ensuring the reliability of a plant's lubrication system.
• Communicate with other maintenance team members and supervisor
• Walking between machines indoor and outdoor plant setting
• Lubricating machinery like conveyors and working on fan bearings
• Using hand and power tools as needed
• Document activities, shortages on supplies, updates on machines, and overall written communication of the days tasks recap
• Light Mechanic work mostly preventative
• Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition
• Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations.
• Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned

Background of Candidates:

• Lube Technician experience
• Mechanically inclined
• Maintenance experience
• Experience working indoor/outdoor environment
• Ability to work with little supervision. Staying on task, completing tasks in a timely fashion, self motivating and accountable
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing
• Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance
• Positive, Team-based attitude
• The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required.
• The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)
