We are seeking spray foam and blown-in cellulose insulation installers to support the continued growth of our operations. For those without prior insulation experience, if you have a desire to learn the trade - we will happily train you! Job Overview Perform AND manage weatherization work safely, effectively, and efficiently. This includes insulating walls, attics, and basements. Associates will be expected to properly and professionally represent Fred F. Collis & Sons - maintaining the company's high standards of excellence and craftsmanship. Reliable transportation and a clean driver's license is required Requirements Experience with insulation like cellulose or spray foam is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. BPI Certification, Manufacturer Certification or previous insulation/weatherization experience is a plus. Basic Hand tools required.
