Job Description
986 Degrees Corporation is recruiting on behalf of several 986 Pharmacies. These 986 locations are the hiring entities, not 986 Degrees Corporation.
This position is an entry-level position, and its duties are designed to develop knowledge and competency levels while performing pharmacist functions under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. Functions performed as an intern include but are not limited to dispensing drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners, educating patients about medications and their use, and learning how to advise physicians and other health practitioners on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications. In addition, the Intern will participate in educational experiences.
This is a three to four-year program. The Intern will increase in level based on the educational program enrolled in and performance.
