Job Summary The Inventory Control Assistant is responsible for warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation daily.
Job Responsibilities - Perform daily inventory count. Research and reconcile daily inventory variances
- Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system.
- Identifies and reports close-dated product and any product that is mislabeled with incorrect BBE date as needed.
- Coordinates inbound and outbound dunnage loads daily and weekly.
- Reconciles open purchase orders daily and weekly. Assists in invoice management. Approves all STO/PO corrections. Submits Bottler Resolution Forms (BRF).
- Complies with all internal control requirements and documentation storage.
- Adheres to product quality guidelines including product returns.
- Responsible for warehouse traceability and quality hold processes and routines.
- Collaborates with TMS on scheduling all carriers and any claims tipped loads/frozen product.
Job Requirements - High School Diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of one year of work experience is required.
- Prior experience in warehouse or inventory required.
- Strong computer and database skills, including SAP, Excel, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Pay: $20.00 an hour
