Funders App is a fast-growing fintech company streamlining the funding process for small businesses and direct funders. We provide tools and services that optimize deal flow, underwriting, and relationship management for the merchant cash advance (MCA) industry.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused ISO Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing relationships with ISOs to drive deal submissions, foster long-term loyalty, and ensure high-quality merchant applications for funding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the MCA and a proven ability to build and maintain B2B partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs).
• Act as the primary point of contact for ISOs, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding submissions through the funding process.
• Onboard new ISOs: explain platform functionality, set expectations, and provide training as needed.
• Monitor deal flow from ISOs, ensuring quality submissions and providing feedback to maximize approval rates.
• Collaborate with underwriting and funding teams to facilitate quick and efficient decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records of ISO interactions, deal submissions, and partner activity using CRM systems.
• Identify high-performing ISOs and implement strategies to maximize their engagement and performance.
• Provide input on marketing and communication strategies to attract and retain ISO partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working for or directly with an ISO or funding company.
