Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs in Sunvalley Mall (Concord) is a fine jewelry and watch repair store. We are opening for 2 full time positions: 1 sale associate and 1 bench jeweler. We are looking for responsible and highly motivated Sales Associate who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. The successful Sales Associate will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

As for jeweler, we are looking for a good team work personality and eager to learn candidate. Experienced and good hand skills is a plus but we definitely can train.

For Sale associate: Jewelry sale experiences needed

*Deliver excellent customer service and ensure ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
*Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right services to solve all
aspects of jewelry and watch issues and repairs
*Assist in ensuring that the services and final repairs with top quality
*Use company literature and available resources to stay up to date on products and services of jewelry and watch.
*Being able to perform some hand on watch battery and band replacement

For bench jewelers:
*Being able to use torque solder all repairs. We also have laser welder machine so will get training on laser solder operation for handling all complicate repairs
*Being able to set stones in channel or prong, retipping, reprong
*Being able to resize ring up or down
*Being able to learn and operate computerize laser engraving machine
*Being able to learn and perform some hand on watch repairs sevices

Skills and Qualifications:

*General understanding of the principle of sale
*Strong communication skills
*Experience with customer service
*Jewelry and watch sale experience is a PLUS
