Pay: $19.00 per hour + Performance Bonus + Customer Tips (Total Compensation $22 - $28+/hour on average)
Location: Spring, TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive, maneuver, and  back up a loaded box trailer into driveways, alleys, and complex residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct on-site customer consultations with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to load unwanted items from homes, garages, offices, and construction sites onto the trailer.
• Ensure all items are securely tethered and balanced for safe transport.
• Assist in responsibly unloading and disposing of items at designated facilities.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and trailer.
• Represent our company with outstanding customer service at every stop.

Requirements (Non-Negotiables):

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN TRAILER BACKING AND MANEUVERING. This is a core requirement of the job. You must be able to confidently handle a 12-16 ft. loaded trailer in confined spaces.
• Ability to perform consistent, heavy lifting (50+ lbs repeatedly) and work in all weather conditions.
• Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work efficiently as part of a two-person team.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Previous experience in junk removal, moving, construction, or a similar labor-intensive field.
• Basic knowledge of what items can be recycled or donated.
