Established, Mid-size Commercial General Contractor with a focus in DSA and K-12 projects throughout Northern California now expanding Project Management team for upcoming projects in the Monterey Peninsula area! Our team specializes in permanent modular building projects that combine the form and function of traditional site-built construction with the speed and cost efficiency of the modular construction process while we are also experienced with multiple building types and construction services including steel, concrete, tilt-up, and wood framed builds. Job Details Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tactical project execution including project approach and deliverables.
• Direct and motivate personnel and trade partners to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality craftsmanship.
• Manage administrative and contractual obligations including owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Business development activities including the responsibility to build strategic partnerships with key client accounts.
• Attend conferences, tradeshows, and community events.
• Participate in project pursuits including leading the proposal strategy and assisting with estimating, presentations, interviews, and preconstruction services.
• Promote job site safety and encourage safe work practices. Complete all company safety training as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager supervising project teams
• Extensive experience with DSA and K-12 projects (with ground-up project experience on projects in the $10+ MIL range)
• Detailed understanding of construction project sequencing and scheduling
• Advanced understanding of drawings and specifications as well as constructability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management and scheduling software (Procore, MS Project or similar)
