As a Landscape Production Manager, you will focus on working with our home builder, developer, and general contractor clients. You will work with these clients and our internal production crews to manage project timelines, job site quality, and job site safety. You will be the main point of contact for our clients’ superintendents and spend 80% of your time in the field on job sites and 20% of your time in the office.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic records of crew’s daily work activities
- Manage, train, and schedule multiple crews on multiple job sites
- Communicate with purchasing department on material needs and outlook
- Oversee quality control of our installations
- Ensure Green Touch Services safety standards are being met on job sites
- Communicate and work with clients on deadlines
- Effectively communicate and work along with our clients field staff
Job Qualifications
-3+ years proven success in managing people and processes in commercial landscape construction or equivalent field
-Knowledge of commercial landscape construction operations
-Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and leadership
-Highly organized, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
-Bi-Lingual English/Spanish preferred
