Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in robotics engineering, with a proven track record of developing and deploying robotic solutions.
- Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB, and experience with robotics frameworks and libraries.
- Strong understanding of robotic hardware components and subsystems, including sensors, actuators, and control systems.
- Experience with robotic perception, navigation, and manipulation algorithms, such as SLAM, path planning, and motion control.
- Familiarity with robotic simulation tools and platforms, such as ROS (Robot Operating System) and Gazebo.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with a passion for tackling complex robotics challenges.
