Responsibilities:
• Create and manage legal documents and correspondence with attention to detail
• Schedule meetings and manage other calendar commitments to ensure smooth operation of legal activities
• Utilize iManage, our document management system, to save documents and emails efficiently
• Obtain necessary documents from online court directories, demonstrating your web navigation skills
• File documents in both state and federal courts, adhering to legal procedures and protocols
• Organize and maintain case files meticulously to ensure easy accessibility of information
• Make travel arrangements for team members and process expense reports as per company guidelines
• Assist in the processing of client disbursements to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a related role
• Proficiency in the use of Electronic File systems
• Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents with precision and accuracy
• Familiarity with court filing procedures and protocols
