Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Emerald is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to join our legal team. In this role, you’ll review commercial contracts, manage corporate filings with the SEC, and implement scalable processes. You’ll report to the Deputy General Counsel and collaborate with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, eager to learn, and energetic. This is a hybrid role based in New York, Orange County, California, or Alpharetta, Georgia. You will work in the office at least 4 days a week. Responsibilities Provide legal and administrative support on commercial contracts, corporate governance, M&A, and projects. Manage contract review and approval processes, maintain a contract database, and train stakeholders. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements under guidance. Implement legal technology solutions, including contract management tools. Maintain corporate records such as bylaws, minutes, and resolutions. Manage relationships with external vendors and legal service providers. Oversee legal department expenses and budgets. Support SEC filings and corporate governance activities. Assist with M&A transactions and legal research. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree; Juris Doctor preferred. 3+ years of legal operations experience. Experience reviewing contracts and managing CLMs like Ironclad. Experience with AI tools. Experience in technology or media companies is a plus. Emerald Holding, Inc.
