What You’ll Do:

• Make 150+ Calls Daily: Work through a mix of inbound and outbound calls to convert prospects into clients and close health insurance sales.
• Network & Prospect: Use website-driven leads, personal referrals, and other networking strategies to grow your book of business.
• Nurture Leads: Follow up with prospects and guide them through the enrollment process, providing expert advice and exceptional customer service.
• Make a Real Difference: Help clients make informed decisions about their health insurance options and provide them with peace of mind.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $36,000
• Uncapped Commissions: $72,000–$126,000+ first-year OTE (This is projections are based on the Base Salary with the Commissions)
