Location:

Duties:

• Manage a variety of litigation matters, including fiduciary obligations, pension plan issues, and employee benefits disputes.
• Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, motions, and briefs for state and federal courts.
• Handle eDiscovery processes and document review.
• Participate in deposition preparation and trial support.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and staff to ensure case progression and successful resolution.
• Manage multiple cases efficiently, meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in litigation.
• Admission to the State Bar of California required.
• Experience in drafting legal documents, including discovery, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Preferred experience with eDiscovery and depositions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a heavy caseload and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in eDiscovery tools is a plus.
