Floyd Lee Locums is seeking a Physician Assistant Clinic Family Practice for a locum tenens job in Quermado, New Mexico.
Position Title: Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) Specialty: Family Medicine Facilities: Quemado Health Center (Quemado, NM) & Catron County Medical Center (Reserve, NM) Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 12 PM, 1 PM - 5 PM Monday, Thursday, Friday: Catron County Medical Center (Reserve, NM) Tuesday, Wednesday: Quemado Health Center Provider Requirements: Board Certification: Certified in Family Medicine Licensure: Licensed in New Mexico (IMLC candidates not accepted) Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, DEA license (with controlled substances) Minimum Experience: 6 months availability or longer Skills: Ability to work solo; experience with sutures and stabilizing patients until ambulance arrival Preferred: CDL certification (not mandatory) Job Responsibilities: The provider will work in outpatient family practice settings, treating patients from infants to adults. Patient Load: 15-20 patients per shift Rounding: Not applicable, as the position is outpatient Supervision: Work solo with access to the medical director if needed Procedures: Suture and stabilize patients if necessary until ambulance arrives Support Staff: RN: 0.5 MA: 2 Office Staff: 2
