Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Schedule: Full-Time | Various Shifts Available

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician ready to take on challenging and rewarding electrical projects. In this role, you’ll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems across industrial machinery and equipment—all while supporting plant operations and driving toward our goal of ZERO HARM to people, property, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical components of industrial equipment.
Troubleshoot complex electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohm meters, oscilloscopes, and software programs.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
Solder and repair electrical and electronic components as needed.
Maintain and repair control systems utilizing PLCs, AC/DC drives, and similar devices.
Lead and perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and major equipment overhauls.
Provide training and technical support to maintenance personnel.
Be available for on-call or after-hours service calls as required.
Ensure compliance with all company safety procedures and applicable regulations.
Education:
Technical or trade training (High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of applied trades/apprenticeship training).
Working knowledge of shop mathematics, electrical schematics, PLC programming, AC/DC drive systems, and precision measuring instruments.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an electrical or maintenance technician in an industrial setting.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Certifications/Licenses:
Electrical certifications or journeyman license preferred but not required.
