Job Description Come join a team that is responsible for shipping freight world-wide across multiple continents. While supporting both our HQ operations teams and local distribution teams, our logistics team is proactive, solutions oriented and always evolving. We are proud of our team and the impact we have across multiple internal and external functions across the world.
Your Impact to the role: - Freight financials ownership to include freight billing, monthly reporting & analysis and implementing a strategic vision for how to reduce freight spend
- Emissions program ownership focused on forward thinking solutions to reduce our emissions and increase our cube
- Develop Logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) focusing on internal fresh metrics and external warehouse metrics
- Partner with LVMH warehousing team to support new warehouse openings and best practice developments
- Partner with fresh's freight forwarders and finance team to integrate all freight invoices into monthly reporting process
- Lead time ownership to provide direction to organization on trade lane updates needed
- Develop a Carrier Freight Rate Matrix to complete an RFQ (Request for Quote) for carrier operations
- Work collaboratively Logistics Analyst to offer daily support of role while continuing to build competencies and growth
- Offer daily support to internal fresh teams (planning, packaging, quality, etc.) to support excellent communications
Your impact in your first year: - Develop KPI's focusing on external warehouse metrics for fresh's warehouses globally
- Complete successful warehouse transition in US in 2025
- Complete a market analysis that incorporates all freight impacts (to include transportation, inventory and planning function impacts)
Qualifications WHO YOU ARE You have:
- 5-7 Years of Experience Required in logistics or distribution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of the worldwide supply chain and of flows (logistics, warehousing, IT)
- Ability to work in both an independent and team environment
- Knowledge of AX or other MRP software
- Manufacturing experience within beauty industry a plus

The salary range for the role is $90,000 - $110,000 USD. Based in Jersey City (Newport), NJ, with travel to New York City as needed All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
