Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex financial transformations, including strategic planning, operational efficiency, and capital structure optimization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, delivering tailored, consulting-driven solutions to enhance business performance.
- Drive business development efforts, leveraging your consulting network to expand the CFO Services practice.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within a consulting environment.
- Oversee engagements, ensuring exceptional client delivery and measurable results aligned with best-in-class consulting standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- 15+ years of experience in financial leadership roles within a top-tier consulting firm, with specific expertise in CFO advisory, corporate finance, or management consulting.
- Deep knowledge of financial strategy, FP&A, M&A, and performance improvement, gained through a consulting career.
- Strong business development skills with a robust network in Chicago's business community, built through consulting engagements.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to influence at the C-suite level in a consulting context.
- MBA or CPA preferred; advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities honed in a consulting environment required.
- Demonstrated success leading consulting engagements and inspiring teams in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
