Marketing Research Interviewer (Remote - $15/hour)
Are you a great conversationalist who enjoys connecting with people? We're looking for Marketing Research Interviewers to join our team! In this role, you'll reach out to individuals who have voluntarily signed up for market research projects and help determine if they're a good fit for upcoming focus groups. Your efforts will ensure that participants are matched with research opportunities where their opinions make a real impact.
This remote position offers $15.00 per hour and reports to the Supervisor and Qualitative Director.
What You'll Do
Engage with participants via phone using a friendly and professional approach.
Follow screening questionnaires and guidelines to determine eligibility for focus groups.
Accurately record responses and complete any missing information in Google Sheets or Excel.
Attend remote training sessions to ensure success in the role.
Verify participant qualifications and update screening materials as needed.
Communicate with the Supervisor or Director for guidance, questions, and additional assignments.
Conduct reminder and confirmation calls for upcoming sessions when needed.
Submit end-of-shift reports and prepare for the next shift.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills - comfortable speaking with a variety of people.
Tech-savviness - proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Excel.
Attention to detail - ability to complete documents accurately and efficiently.
Positive, professional attitude - enjoys working with people and staying organized.
Flexibility - adaptable with scheduling and able to multitask.
Qualifications
High school diploma required.
Experience in market research or call centers is a plus!
