The Role

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join the Institutional Marketing team on a six-month contract. This role supports the Global Business Development team in executing client-facing projects and activations, reporting to a Senior Marketing Manager.

The ideal candidate combines creativity with precisionsomeone who can manage complex projects from start to finish, think strategically about audiences, and keep multiple priorities organized. This is a highly collaborative role, providing hands-on experience in campaign building, project tracking, creative production, audience development, and field marketing for institutional audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development and Tracking: Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel institutional marketing campaigns; maintain calendars, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email campaigns and lists; ensure brand and compliance alignment.
  • Client Project Support: Coordinate client-facing activations, presentations, and customized marketing materials.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to produce marketing assets aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Design Support: Use Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint to update templates and prepare creative assets.
  • Field Marketing & Event Sponsorship: Assist with event sponsorship deliverables and onsite/virtual coordination.
  • Webinar Marketing: Support planning, promotion, and post-event tracking of webinars.
  • Social Media & Audience Development: Draft and schedule posts; assist with segmentation and message adaptation.
  • Project Management: Track timelines, deliverables, and feedback across initiatives.
  • Quality & Consistency: Review materials for accuracy and brand adherence.
Required Skills
  • 24 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or project management (corporate or agency)
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo)
  • Experience with email list management, segmentation, and analytics
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
  • Working knowledge of social media and webinar platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
