Location: Shelby Township, MI 48316
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8 AM–5 PM or 9 AM–6 PM) + occasional Saturdays

About the Role
We are seeking 5 full-time Surgical Assistants to join our growing medical practice in Shelby Township. No prior surgical experience is required – we provide full training. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are early in their careers, eager to learn, and excited to work in a professional medical environment.
As a Surgical Assistant, you will work directly alongside surgeons during clinical procedures and play a vital role in ensuring smooth patient experiences. This position requires professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work confidently in a clinical setting.
What You’ll Do
Assist surgeons during clinical and surgical procedures
Support patient care before, during, and after procedures
Perform basic clinical tasks (such as drawing blood – training provided)
Ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and staff
What We’re Looking For
Backgrounds welcome from: medical offices, healthcare, customer service, or hospitality
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor in patient-facing settings
Comfort with clinical work, including exposure to blood
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced surgical environment
Reliability and commitment to a full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
