Job Description

This position is responsible for the overall guest experience as it relates to time spent in the Retail Pro Shop, while supporting the activities of the Merchandise Manager.

• Spend 100% of your time on the sales floor ensuring guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and being attentive to guest needs
• Keep professional attitude and appearance, striving for complete customer satisfaction
• Maximize every sales opportunity by cross selling profitable products
• Ensure inventory levels are adequate and stock merchandise as needed
• Help create eye-catching product displays to attract customers and encourage them to buy products
• Identify space needed for new collections or sold through merchandise
• Keep stock rooms neat and orderly according to standards
• Maintain continuous inspection of shops for orderliness and neatness
• Loss prevention
• Check-in merchandise and tag properly as directed.
• Have working product knowledge
• Will help out in all three pro shops to include Robert Trent Jones, Fazio, and Hills
• Other duties as assigned

• General knowledge of merchandise and retail trends
• Demonstrate willingness to perform duties
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule
• Sales experience, preferably retail
• Should be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Long hours of standing
