Job Description

Contract Length: 1 year
Schedule: Clinic Mon Thu 8 am 5 pm; Inpatient call 8 am 8 am
Work Details:

• Amount of Coverage needed per month: 3 weeks Outpatient Clinic, weekly Inpatient call consists of 8 hours of rounding in the hospital and night call during the week, and 24hour call on weekends.
• Special procedures: Renal biopsies in Sedation Services, CRRT, hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis (Inpatient Services)
• Skills required: Apheresis, CRRT, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis (Inpatients)
  Practice Setting
• EMR: EPIC
• Board Certification: Required
• License required: OH will license a provider with an IMLC license
• Certifications required: ABP (American Board of Pediatrics) Board Certification in Pediatric Nephrology
• Minimum experience required: 3 years
