Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites is an award winning hotel and we are looking for a person with a can do attitude to join our team! We are currently recruiting for a part time Night Auditor. The Night Auditor position hours are from 11pm to 7am.
If you have experience, possess a great attitude, have attention to detail and excellent customer service, then we are looking for you! This is an overnight position
Job Requirements:
-Greet all guests and check in arrivals informing them of the properties amenities
-Check out guests and verify how their stay was
-Answer incoming calls and make reservations according to their needs
-Answer emails and respond to guests requests
-Respond to in house guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
-Verify all daily shift work has been completed from the previous shifts
-Post No Show Charges as needed
-Run the end of day reports and verify backup is completed
-Balance reports and enter information into the accounting system
-Print daily reports and billing information after the audit is ran for management
-Deliver Express Check out Folios and newspapers
-Schedule and verify guest wake-up calls
-Check reservations for the following day and make sure they are set up properly
-Do property walks throughout the shift making sure everything is in order
-Help set up breakfast and make coffee as needed through out the shift
-Guest Service Experience Required and Opera Experience is preferred'
