Job Description

We are seeking Night Toolpushers with experience in deep drilling to be based in KUWAIT.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct the night crew, including Drillers, Derrickhands, Floorhands, and other rig personnel.

Assisting the Senior Toolpusher in directing and controlling all operational functions of the rig while on tour.

Ensuring the safety of personnel and operations by adhering to strict safety protocols and best practices.

Overseeing and coordinating drilling activities, including well control and maintenance.

Conducting regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks.

Collaborating with other rig personnel to optimize drilling performance.

Maintaining accurate records and reports of all rig activities.

Participating in emergency response procedures and drills as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred.

Experience of 3+years as a Night Toolpusher with mandatory experience in 2500HP and above in deep drilling operations.

Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC).

Safety training certifications (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Firefighting).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to hazard identification and mitigation.
