Job Description
Required Experience:
· Must be 23 years of age or older with a HS diploma or GED
· Must be able to operate the hydraulic wheelchair lift to safely put a client in/off the vehicle.
· Must possess a valid state-issued, non-expired driver’s license, and provide a current 10-year DMV printout
· No moving violations or "at fault" accidents within the past 3 years
· Ability to understand and operate smart mobile technology, GPS applications, 2-way radios, and cell phones
· Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and criminal background investigation
· Ability to read, write, and understand English
· Current CPR/First Aid Certification or able to obtain within 30-days of hire
· Ability to physically step up and down, bend, stoop, and safely secure clients for transport, lift up to 50 lbs., and transport wheelchair clients on paved and unpaved surfaces
· Ability to adhere to HIPAA and client confidentiality mandates
