Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure high-quality care and services
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring a history of successful surveys

Qualifications:

• Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of Illinois (in good standing)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility
• Proven track record of successful survey outcomes and regulatory compliance
• Strong financial and business acumen , including experience with budget management
• In-depth knowledge of Illinois state regulations governing long-term care
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Passion for resident-centered care and commitment to operational excellence
