Position Summary:

As an Occupational Health Nurse Program Manager, the employee will be responsible for the management of logistics and delivery of healthcare operations within the assigned business segment(s). Primary deliverables will be ensuring client satisfaction at all times through the effective management and support of all positions and services within the designated location(s) under your purview, ensuring a consistently high level of service to the clients and patients, ensuring sufficient staffing, supplies, and communications to leadership teams. This role is responsible for ensuring that ground operations are executing the overall operational plan set by executive leadership. This is a meaningful role that requires a results-focused individual who can liaise with our greater clinical operations and client success teams to deliver high-quality service.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Provide a "white glove" experience by delivering exceptional customer service onsite. Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and attentiveness to ensure employees feel supported and cared for during medical emergencies.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives by analyzing clinical data, identifying trends, and implementing interventions to enhance patient care processes.
  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical programs, protocols, and pathways aimed at improving patient outcomes, safety, and quality of care under the direction of Clinical Operations leadership.
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to ensure evidence-based practices and standards of care are followed across all programs and services.
  • Mentor and support staff through education, training, and professional development opportunities to promote clinical competence and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies related to clinical practice and patient care.
  • Prioritize safety and efficiency by meticulously adhering to protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, regularly inspect, and restock equipment, and ensure strict adherence to confidentiality guidelines.
  • Strive for excellence in infection control, hygiene practices, and overall safety measures.
  • Provide first aid level care, track on-site injury and illness data with proprietary software, and maintain compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Manage daily activities at our site(s) to ensure efficient operations in accordance with company standards.
  • Participate in monthly auditing; collaborate with related Operations departments on suggested improvements and best practices.
  • Proactively identify service delivery failures and escalate issue/impact to appropriate managers.
  • Manage and coordinate daily staffing, coverage, and procedures to ensure the facility's needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain appropriate staff levels to ensure coverage and to reduce excessive overtime costs.
  • Provide performance analysis to implement action plan strategies to improve overall performance of WHS direct reports.
  • Assist with interviews and new employee hiring, trains, supervises, evaluates, counsels, and recommends termination of assigned employees. Be a resource for policy, procedure, and human resources questions/issues as necessary.
  • Approve all employee expense reports and timecard management.
  • Communicates with various departments (IT, Supply Chain, Client Success, Solutions) to coordinate services, resolve operational problems, and improve quality of service to exceed client expectations.
  • Investigates, resolves, and documents resolution of patient / client complaints.
  • Ensure site staff is adhering and meeting client SOW requirements.
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Formulate and carry out operational objectives to implement company strategic goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required
  • Previous experience in an occupational healthcare setting strongly preferred
  • Work experience as in clinic operations management or similar role preferred
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong technical working knowledge of EHRs, MS Office/365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, etc.), Project Management Software (Monday.com, Asana), HRIS Software (Paylocity), and Time & Labor Management recordkeeping.

Required Licenses/Certifications:

  • Current active RN license in Tennessee and Mississippi.
  • Additional certifications specific to the practice area may be required or preferred

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Details to be discussed during the interview process.
