Highlights/Benefits of Inpatient Rehab

• 60-bed Inpatient Rehab Facility
• Hands-on mentorship and training (90 days)
• Work with a large, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
• Heavy Stroke, TBI, SCI, and polytrauma population
• See 6 to 7 patients per day on average
• 1 hour each day is set aside for documentation - never take work home with you!
• $25,000 Loan Forgiveness
• $15,000 Sign-on
• $10,000 Relocation package
• Medical, Dental & Life Insurance (3 plans to choose from)
• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 5 weeks +

About the Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist Position:

Come work on a team of 10 Physical Therapists, 10 Occupational Therapists, and 4 Speech Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 95% return to home rate. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care, is looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.

Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
