Senior Internal Operational Auditor

About the Role

Join a high-performing internal audit team at a global investment firm known for its innovation, integrity, and market leadership. As an Internal Operational Auditor , you’ll evaluate business processes, assess control environments, and help drive operational excellence across investment, advisory, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct operational audits across front, middle, and back-office functions
• Assess internal controls, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and business teams to strengthen governance
• Prepare audit documentation, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Support data-driven audit testing and risk assessments using analytics tools
• Participate in department-wide initiatives and special projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year of internal audit or operational risk experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• CFA, MBA, CPA or other relevant investment certifications preferable
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with investment operations, regulatory frameworks, and control testing
• Experience with audit tools or data visualization platforms a plus (e.g., Tableau, SQL)
