Health care System seeks to add a full-time Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner will work directly with a well-established and very busy orthopedic surgeon. This position will be 100% focused on seeing patients in the clinic. These doctors have a very successful and growing practice with a focus on seeing back patients. Responsibilities include: H&P s, writing scripts, coordinate with PT/OT, consultation, rounding and discharge summaries. They are located in a modern facility and have their own PT/OT onsite. The position has no weekends and no call.
Successful Nurse Practitioners must be Board-Certified/Eligible. The doctor will train a recent graduate. The position is located in a very desirable area of Rockford, Illinois.
