WHAT'S YOUR ROLE? As a full- or part-time RBT - Registered Behavior Technician, you work under a trusted BCBA to implement effective, individualized ABA therapy services for clients with autism. You tailor your sessions to fit the needs and abilities of the individual client, and you support them in gaining new skills and decreasing challenging behaviors. With a motivational and upbeat attitude, you provide quality clinical services in schools, homes, and other settings while documenting each client's progress. You also participate in continuous training opportunities to sharpen your skills and expand your knowledge of ABA therapy!
WHAT DO YOU NEED? - Current state RBT certification
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week
- Eagerness to make a difference in our clients' lives and advance professionally
