We are a small, family-owned landscape spray company serving both residential and commercial properties, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager / Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting both administrative and financial tasks. You'll play a key role in keeping our office operations efficient, handling daily payments, coordinating technician schedules, and following up with clients. Minimum Requirements:
-At least one (1) year of Accounts Receivable experience that includes using accounting software such as QuickBooks or something similar
-Experience with Excel, Word, email platforms
Preferred (Not Required):
-Any professional or personal experience in landscaping or gardening

-Ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, can multitask and manage priorities and demonstrates outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills
Job Duties:
Accounts Receivable Management:
-Process daily receivables, including check deposits and credit card payments
-Monitor and manage outstanding accounts; perform timely follow-ups on unpaid invoices
-Prepare and send customer statements on a regular basis
Office & Administrative Support:
-Answer incoming phone calls and direct messages appropriately
-Perform daily call-aheads to customers for technician scheduling and updates
-Manage and track estimate requests; follow up on pending or unanswered proposals
Wage and Hours:
-Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Opportunity for additional hours
-$18 to $20, depending on experience
