Bobcat of Beckley has an opportunity to work for a growing company at our Daniels, WV location. Your primary responsibility will be to work with our service department and our customers to ensure a timely turnaround of all parts needed for both internal jobs and customer needs. You will also be responsible for inventory and meeting the goals and objectives for our Parts Department.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver parts to technicians or customers.
• Maintain proper housekeeping conditions of the parts warehouse facilities, ensure security of the parts department and inventory.
• In performing day-to-day, routine tasks, you will be responsible to follow all established guidelines for the Parts Department.
• Parts receiving, labeling and putting away stock orders in your inventory.
• Tracking and coordinating returns of parts defects and mis-ships.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory to assure proper availably of required stock.
• Various office support functions (filing, data entry).
• Receiving incoming parts and supplies (stock/non-stock)

  Qualification

· Physically able to perform essential functions of the job, including bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance

· Experience with CDK or other Dealer Management Software systems is preferred.

· 1-3 years of parts room experience preferred

 · This person must have a Valid Driver’s License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay : Competitive Hourly Rate. Negotiable with experience.
