For mid?level associates (3rd?6th year), the firm offers transparent, performance?based compensation with base salaries typically ranging from $180,000 to $250,000, determined by your productivity and client service level. High performers have significant upside potential through collections participation and merit bonuses that reward actual contribution, not just billable hours.
