Seeking an experienced Patent Attorney with 4+ or more years of experience in patent prosecution and counseling in the fields of, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science, organic/synthetic organic chemistry. Candidates must have a advanced degree (master’s or a Ph.D), in organic chemistry or similar field. The pay for this position will depend on candidate qualifications and experience and is open in Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington DC.
Qualifications:
4+ Years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
Excellent client communications skills.
USPTO registration. and/or State Bar in Washington DC, Massachusetts or Pennsylvania.
Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry or similar.
