Position: Patient Scheduler
Shift: Days-(3x12)
Time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 40 Hrs
Contract Duration:13 weeks
Pay Range: $20/hr - $23/hr
Location: Flushing, NY 11355

Responsibilities:

• Ability to accurately enter patient information into electronic systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic). Knowledge of basic computer programs like MS Office (Word, Excel) is often required.
• Experience in customer service, especially in a medical or office setting, is important due to the interaction with patients.
• Familiarity with maintaining and managing patient medical records, both electronic and paper, is beneficial.
• Experience in a healthcare setting, especially inpatient registration or related administrative roles, is often preferred but not always required.
• Understanding of patient privacy laws and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements:

• GED or High School Diploma
• Covid Card
