What You'll Do: Design, implement, and continuously improve operational strategies to ensure seamless security coverage, rapid incident response, and compliance with stringent standards. Deliver executive-level briefings and updates to clients-presenting program performance metrics, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations. Oversee program financials-developing and managing the budget, forecasting costs, and tracking expenditures to align with business and client goals. Identify, propose, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, strengthen security posture, and boost client satisfaction. Collaborate across internal departments, client stakeholders, and matrixed teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality service delivery. Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders to support program success and resolve operational challenges. Oversee all aspects of a 24x7x365 physical security program across geographically dispersed secure facilities. Lead complex workforce logistics including shift scheduling, emergency coverage, holiday staffing, and real-time adjustments to maintain continuity. Drive performance through regular SOP- and SLA-based training, ensuring all staff are fully prepared and compliant with operational protocols. Serve as the escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining transparency with stakeholders. Be available for on-call support and fill in operational gaps as needed, demonstrating hands-on leadership. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive program management experience in private-sector physical security operations. Excellent communicator with experience delivering briefings and influencing senior leadership. Strong financial management skills - from budgeting to performance tracking and cost forecasting. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize under pressure. Demonstrated ability to lead in matrixed environments and coordinate across cross-functional teams. Proven track record of managing classified environments and deep knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NISPOM and ICD 705. Experience successfully managing 24x7x365 security operations in a multi-site, high-security context. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and shift scheduling platforms such as MS Shifts or similar tools.
