WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pulmonary/Critical Care & Sleep Medicine physician to join our team and meet the growing demand for services at Franciscan Health Crown Point .

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a focus on caring for patients of all ages with experience in clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Flexible full-time schedule

• Joining an established group

• Weekday Call: 3 - 4 per month

• Weekend & Holiday Call: 1:3 with Nurse Practitioner support

• Possible outreach to surrounding areas

• Blend of Inpatient and Outpatient with higher focus of clinic & sleep medicine

  • Average Inpatient Volume: varies due to hospital census

• EPIC electronic medical record

• Procedures

  • Arterial line

  • Chest tube

  • Central line

  • Intubation

  • Thoracentesis

• Onsite Equipment:

  • Ultra Sound

• New state of the art hospital coming 2023

Qualifications:

• Doctorate Required
• Physician License (DR/DO) - Upon Hire Required - and -
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
