Job Summary: Ziems Ford Corners is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Pick-up and Delivery Driver to join our team in Farmington, New Mexico. As a part-time individual contributor in the auto industry, the driver will be responsible for providing efficient and timely pick-up and delivery services to our customers. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and a valid driver's license. Compensation & Benefits: This is a part-time hourly position and pay's $12.50 per hour. We work about 5-6 hours per day Mon-Fri. Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and safe pick-up and delivery of vehicles from the dealership to customer locations, and vice versa.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist them with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after deliveries to ensure any damages are reported.
• Maintain accurate records of pick-up and delivery schedules and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while operating the company vehicle.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs to the appropriate departments.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues raised by customers during the delivery process.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the Farmington area and surrounding regions.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection.
• Available to work flexible hours.
