What You'll Be Doing
Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery
Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with the maintenance team for resolution
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
Assist in material handling, loading, and quality control processes
What Are We Looking For
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy machinery
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to regulatory standards
Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
Capability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying conditions
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
